The cheapest accommodation for this conference is on campus residence halls. We are able to accommodate about 250 persons.

Hotels in Gettysburg

Rooms will be bookable starting January 2022.
Other are hotels in town offer accommodation as well, but they are not in walking distance to the College. More information will be posted in regards to the hotels’ websites and rates soon.
Flights/Shuttles/Amtrak:
Students can fly into Harrisburg International Airport, Baltimore-Washington International Airport, and Dulles International Airport. After landing, students can either drive to campus or pay for shuttle service.
Shuttles can be booked when registration opens (approximate shuttle costs are between $25 and $35 each way). If students drive to campus; more information on parking will be available when the registration page opens.
Students may also travel by Amtrak to Harrisburg Station and then drive to campus or book the shuttle.
